If it says "shipped" join their discord and ask for Allen in Support channel, a lot of emails seemed to not have sent.

I asked them what their turn around time was, and got mine set to shipped and they handed me a code in their discord. Oops.

Can you ask for mine? I ordered like 1 hour ago and nothing, really starting to think bad things about this. Not even the invoice or the "thank you for register your account" is sent to your e-mail which is weird

I think their email server is jammed. And it’s night time in China. Not seeing it getting worked though. Did you pay already or use paypal?

I don't understand why people pay more money for the PRO? It's so easy to RCMed the Switch... I rolled some aluminium foil from the kitchen every time I need to hack it, safer that any jigs (it's soft).

All websites selling SX OS keys are backed up right now AFAIK. People are emailing support or going on their discords to get keys quicker but doesn't seem like any website is actually instant or within the hour
