Gaming TDU crack problem

We have a cracked version of Test Drive Unlimited installed on this PC, and we have a noCD crack for it.
We have patch 1.66A, and every time I push M in the game (for bringing up the map), the game crashes.

What can we do about it?

I'm not asking for a new crack, I'm asking for a solution, maybe in a Patch form or something.
