I haven't used it in a while, and never used these programs (dont play splatoon), but:

TCPGecko can only have one active connection at a time (that i know of).

Sometimes an application can not connect to TCPGecko, after another application was already connected (even after clicking disconnect). This could be an old bug.

You can use the memory editor in something like JGeckoU to apply patches manually though.

I know this is old, but safe night patcher shouldn't need to stay connected for it to function. If I remember, all modified addresses should persist upon disconnecting. Connecting colorizer after safe night patcher should be fine.
