I cannot backup my Tatsunoko vs Capcom's NTSC-U save data to my sd card. The option is greyed out. Then how can I copy over a save data that I have downloaded from Gamefaqs ??

It might be one of those encrypted ones, similar to SSBB. There is an alternate method, called Waninkoko's Savegame Manager.

I use StartPatch, that enables to copy those encrypted data.

About Waninkoko Savegame Manager, can anyone tell me what's savegame format it uses, how to rename it correctly and where to place them on the sd card ??

It is a WFC game, so you can't copy the save data. If you use savegame manager, the online profile will be erased, but the save data will still work.

I don't care about wfc profile for this game as I don't have created one yet.

Also, isn't there a cheat file to unlock everything for this game ??

You can check out Wiird forums for cheats. Or you can google wii saves and see if anyone has uploaded a completed save for the game yet.
