Gaming Tales of Xillia release outside of Japan?

I'm just wondering whether or not it's actually going to happen. If It's to be released in EU or USA?

No word on whether it is happening except for this:

but it doesn't really say much as ToV PS3 also had similar files.

The decision on whether ToX will be released will depend on the sales of ToGf and TotA 3DS.

Bamco essentially "confirmed" if Graces does well, they WILL localize Xillia.

Though Bamco's idea of "well" is like 10x outselling a Final Fantasy title, with no advertising....idiots.
They better do it, i've been listening to the opening on repeat for like a week now.

Buuut i'll be doing my part by buying the most expensive version of Graces I can get my hands on.
