Does anyone know how earned experience points work in this game? I've noticed that my characters are only getting about 60% of the experience points stated in the battle report. This is a first playthrough, playing on Normal difficulty. As far as I can tell, there are no skills that reduce the amount of experience you earn. Not sure if there are penalties for fighting lower-leveled monsters, or if it has to do with how many party members there are, but it's rather annoying.
