I have the option of either using the HLE sound plugin, which cannot play the music tracks from the game properly (it's missing instruments), or I can use the LLE plugin with which the sound works well.
However, with the LLE plugin, the sound skips and the game has some kind of frame skipping.

Is there a way to make it so the sound works well even when the game slows down?
I could probably have it run at a proper speed if I added a graphics card to my computer to replace the integrated graphics card.

Most sources tell me to enable Audio Throttle, but Dolphin 3.0-374 doesn't have that option anymore (Dolphin 3.0 doesn't either.)
Which version of Dolphin has Audio Throttle?

2.0 has it, not sure how far they went with the SVN's until they took it out, though. Though you should be able to review all the SVNs and find out which one they did.

You can't ask for warez. Which this effectively is. Unless your just asking whether or not he ripped it himself
