So I'm sure anyone who's played the GBA version of ToP knows that the dubbing is absolutely atrocious, as with many dubbed games. There've been a few undubs for various PS2 games. Does anyone know of any for GBA games, specifically ToP?

It might be as easy as simple sound file swapping, but I don't know of any utils that will unpack/repack GBA games.

If it was text then it would be fairly easy but sound makes things a bit more difficult. The fact you want to do the same game different region potentially makes things a bit easier and if it is truely a dub some form of wave file will be used which is nice as well.

GBA games are self contained though (only disc based stuff, FDS and DS titles are not which is why undubs exist for them) so you would be in for a fair time trying to do this, especially if the sound was bigger.

Still warsworlds has a nice intro to GBA sound hacking (for advance wars but it follows):

However I will point to the Euro version, it is much better (graphics and sound) save the font for which there is a hack:
