A small tidbit of what it says:

-Uses the "Style Shift Linear Motion Battle System", which lets you fight in two different ways which means more then one fighting style.
-Also, you can rotate around enemies in a 360 degree motion.
-World Map is gone, the entire game is seamless.
- main character is from the Lhant territory of Windol Country.
- set skills to the A and B button
- Classic Controller/Classic Controller Pro supported

-From Tales of Phantasia to Tales of Hearts, 35 characters from 13 games of the series will fight against each other on various stages. The characters revealed so far are Yuri (Tales of Vesperia), Shing (Tales of Hearts), Luke (Tales of Abyss) and Richter (Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk).
-Battles will take place on 2D planes and the Linear Motion Battle System (LMBS) is used so that fans of series will feel at home when playing the game. Jump off walls
-Winning battles will earn you “Grade Points”
-Game will have an original story too (to be called “Yggdrasill Battle Mode”) and it’s about fighters of four different Kingdoms, which probably explains the four characters on screen.

Tales of Graces is for Wii and Tales of VS is for PSP. as for the second question learn to read.

Tales of VS...?

I'm excited about Tales of Grace, but I have my doubts about Tales of VS. Hopefully it's better than Castlevania Judgment at least. =/

I don't expect VS to have a good fighting system like Dissidia, but hopefully there will be more variety of characters from other Tales games later, as well as VS originals.

Graces looks decidedly "meh" to me. I'm a raving ToS fan, so I have no gripe with the series. Loved Phantasia as well, and I had a decent time with Abyss. But this looks like more of the same to me. They really need to inject this thing with newness, and not to sell games. They need inspiration, and Graces just doesn't look inspired to me. I'm expecting Abyss 2.0 with this.
