Tales of innocence and tales of tempest, also tales of hearts witch has yet to be released.
They're all in japanese by the way, but you cant try the inglish patch for tales of innocence.

Patches is the only way to go, tales game doesn't seem to be released in English version in a few months, or even a year

don't think there will ever be one coming out of Japan, so your best bet is to use translation patches that are out there
