Hello everyone! I couldn´t find a answer in any forum or through the internet, so I´m asking here if someone have some lead...

I got my 3DSXL banned, for use of Gateway. Yes, I was using a public header in my roms... Now, I´ll buy a New3DSXL (and now I have a private header, thankfully), and I´m wondering if I make a system transfer to keep my things in MiiPlaza and everything, will the New3DSXL becomes banned too? I don´t know if the ban is from the system, NNID or what...
Can someone give me some hint? I don´t want to lose everything from my 3DSXL, however for obvious reasons I don´t want to ban my new system... Thanks!

As far as i know, the bans were only 15 days or so..

I'm not sure if that's changed though
