Hacking System transfer New3DS XL CFW to New3DS XL?

If you talk about transferring your data using the official Nintendo transfer method, just do it. It will work.

However, non-legit apps won't work until you install CFW to it too. (CFW doesn't get "transferred" by official Nintendo transfer method).

Ok so I'd have to reinstall CFW on it then like NTR

Reinstall where?

Transferring won't install CFW to the target consola. And it won't uninstall CFW from the source console. CFW will be untouched.

Yes.

You could also use the actual transfer as a mean to install CFW.

If you have a NTRBoot enabled DS cart, then don't worry about it.
