Hacking System transfer from 9.9 emunand 2DS to 9.0 emunand N3DS?

I'd like to basically do as stated above. I can restore my 2DS emunand to 9.2 if it makes a difference. I have no gateway carts. What CFW can spoof the eshop/system transfer for this? (I do have cubic ninja)

You can just install Freemultipatcher in both emuNAND's to spoof it for system transfer. You can't make a transfer from 9.9 to 9.0, so either restore your 2DS emuNAND to 9.2 or downgrade it, in case there are new things in it you want to keep. Any CFW will do as long as you can install CIA's and run emuNAND with it.

I want to do the same thing. I have two questions though, 1. do we need to uninstall any non-paid-for eShop content first? Would it cause problems? (I don't care if it doesn't make it over with the transfer, just concerned with bricking). 2. Does downgrading the emuNAND damage it in any way? I won't lose any paid-for eShop content will I?
