It seems the source i got was broken hmm, looking for a better source, or i'll try to fix it, either way currently this build is dead.
I posted your release on We Brew Wii. So I guess I have to remove it since its broken.

Yea the source i used was old and was missing alot of stuff like all the data\certs ext, like GC pad support which i re-added, but it seems it also can't restore property also,wiiman123 said:

Yep i called it that cause i could only find the V1 Source and its a Mod of that, But wasn't thinkingwiiman123 said:

Nope, I think. You'll have to extract it from another JAP console if you really need the file, if your Wii is bricked or if the WiiMote connection is lose.
