Homebrew System says i have 16gb remaining on my micro sd card, dev menu says i have 300mb. Should i format?

I am wondering which one is correct. I have B9S and luma and I don't want to repeat that process again. I also get an error when trying to install ultra moon and is probably related. Should I format it?

FBI says "Failed to install CIA file. Result code 0xF9608022." I only used dev menu to see if it was a problem with FBI or not.

I think your SD card is faulty
try to format or replace it

you do not need to format your 3ds. just the sd card in your PC.

if you have b9s you just need the boot.firm (luma)
and boot.3dsx (hb menu 2.0) on your card.

copy your sd card's contents to your PC, format it, and copy them back. I've had my SD cards goof up all the time and a slow format usually fixes them

it'd also to be safe run h2testw as well on the SD card.
