Hacking System Menu Freeze [help required]

I put a retail disc in my Wii yesterday (Band hero) and the system menu froze, I've tried all my original discs and they all do the same thing, none of my retail Gamecube games or disc backups do this, it's not a major problem as i can simply boot CFG or Neogamma first then put the disc in and everything's fine. but I would like to solve it.

here's a syscheck the only things I can add to this are I'm using priiloader 6 beta 3, and I have the dark menu theme.
Also I modded my system using the any 4.3 or below sticky and added 224[57] myself to play COD BO.

Problem sorted (sort of) it's an issue with disable disc updates in priiloader 6.
