Hi guys, my Wii stopped working i Think it is bricked...
I turned it on this morning and it gives me the following message "System menu corrupt, please refer to the owners manual"...

It was working fine yesterday and today I get this error message.

I have BootMii as IOS2 and preloader v0.29 on it. I tried to restore from nand but it keeps telling me that the nand is from a different wii...

what can I do to fix it? can I try to follow the sofmod guide again and install the system menu 4.1U with IOS60?

    Please help!!!!

    Thanks.

I think my son played wii fit plus and it required an update and I think that is what he did, but i am not 100% sure.

That doesn't really make sense, but whatever.

If your Homebrew Channel is gone you need to reinstall it with bannerbomb. Have you tried to boot into the homebrew channel via preloader, or does that also display a system files corrupted message?

Get the wads for your system menu (system menu v449) and patched IOS60 with NUS downloader and install them with wad manager via preloader.

Whatever you do don't uninstall your existing IOS60 or your system menu, just install the new wads over the existing ones.
