Hacking System Menu 4.1E after hacking

Hi guys,

i hacked a Black Wii, System Menu 4.2E, with this guide:

and followed these steps:

1- Bannerbomb Exploit (Homebrew Channel + BootMii as IOS)

2- Normal Guide: Normal start -> The basics -> Trucha bug (4.2 version)

3- Waninkokos CIOS + Hermes CIOS

I'm using USB Loader GX, and everything works fine.
The only thing i don't understand is this: after hacking my Wii, the displayed System Menu is 4.1E, so i can't play original games from DVD. In fact, when i insert a DVD, and go to the Disc Channel, it's written: "Update Needed".
Did i miss some passages or is it normal after hacking?
For me it's not a real problem, since i can install original games into my HDD, but my sister would like to have the Wii working as a virgin one.
I thought about installing the update with this:

just use dop-ios mod to update every IOS.

And he will still be on 4.1E, without being able to launch games from the disk channel...
However, if you use starpatch and enable the hack that disable the disk update, you will be on 4.1E and still able to use the originals from the disk channel.
Or you can simply use one of the 4.2 safe updater here on GBAtemp.
