Not another superfluous System Check Report analysis request. It's getting so that a whole separate Sub-Forum should be created for these threads. [IMG] Gotta refer to a primary rule of thumb: If it ain't broke don't fix it! I'm gonna add another tidbit of wisdom, no charge: If you still want to fix what ain't broke for the sake of all new shiny IOS/cIOS goodness and ain't gonna read enough to do so by yourself, use ModMii!

But since I'm here, here's my analysis:
    • Old SM IOS non-stubbed and patched, check.
    • Hermes & Waninkoko's cIOS installed, check. *Dunno about the base IOS used, but if they work as-is, doesn't matter yet.
    • IOS 36 & 38 are outdated, recent versions being 3608 & 4124 respectively, but if you use a Game Loader which uses cIOS, again doesn't matter.
    • "IOS90 (rev 54321): Trucha Bug" have no idea what that is. Care to shed some light on this?
    • IOS 236 installed as a good fallback, check.
    • BootMii/IOS installed (254), should also install as Boot2 if you have a compatible Wii. Install Priiloader too. (Kinda off topic, but since ya asking for help...)

*Edit: More extra tidbits of knowledge, also free: Don't bother with going all crazy deleting IOS/cIOS as the Wii allocated memory space specifically for them. Deleting them will not allow you to use that space for anything else like VC, or game saves.

looks fine for safety and loaders as PPSainity pointed out most of the obvious, still curious as to why all SM IOS are version 54321

What method did you use to softmod your wii?
