it should just work. sync the wiimote to the emunand before or after syncing to your real nand, and then the wiimote should work on both nands without having to resync when switching between the two. I'm positive thats how it works for me, not 100% sure that's how it works for everyone.

For a long time we thought it had to do with the setting.txt and we recommended replacing it with the one from your real nand if u had problems, but awhile ago it was proven that it made no difference (so custom serial # was removed from modmii), then we thought using the real nand (or real nand serial #) would fix a problem some were having with connecting to the internet on emunands (custom # added back to ModMii), and just a few days ago obcd and others all determined it also doesn't make a difference, and the reason why ppl were having issues is because of having a 4.3E system menu theme installed on the first boot of the emunand. diddy81 is looking into the issue with his 4.3E themes now.

or sync with real nand and backup your real nand and copie \shared2\sys\SYSCONF to your \shared2\sys\SYSCONF on your emu nand
