Hacking Sync trophies from CFW PS3 to OFW PS3?

I have two PS3's, one on CFW and one on OFW. If I were to take the HDD out of the CFW one and stick it in the OFW one, would I be able to sync my trophies with it?

nope effectively, those trophies are lost. Changing my hdd did the same recently.
