Sync saves between Adrenaline (PSTV) and PSP ?

What's your thought, how-to's, and hints to get synced saves between PSTV (Adrenaline) and PSP ?
Or nothing about just manual transfers through ftp with abscond title ID , was to be tedious...

I can't recall if psp content manager will make this simple, but if you mean both updated together, I don't think you can. With pcm, make the root the pspemu folder.
