Hacking SX OS - XCI into their respective folder and "docked" mode?

Hey! I've been out of the loop for a while, but has there been talk of using your backups through a USB drive or external drive? Is that what "Docked" mode is referring to?

Also, will they ever implement a way to put xci's or nsp's into their respective folders, so they're all just not thrown onto the root of an sd card or USB drive? I'm a little OCD and prefer my stuff in folders:P any help would be great!
