Rei likes to shitpost on occasion, but she is a well known dev in the scene and has a proven track record. This is real and it will come out when it's done.

Xecuters Device is Based on the Bootrom Exploit found by Fail0verFl0w and "SX OS" Does the same as Atmosphere with one Difference it allows Piracy so kiss my ass to request money for that crap

A lot of people (myself included) believe TX stole Atmosphere's code as a base for their CFW. It's open source, so why would they start from scratch when they could just ripoff the code and add a backup loader? Then make the OS closed source so nobody could tell...
