Hacking SX OS crashed when switching games, 1.2v, latest firmware, had to do a cold reboot

Can someone explain what happened? Switched from Odyssey to Donkey Kong, which I've done in the past countless times, and it said game card error and I had to restart it. I haven't tried going back and launching the SX OS again cause I'm gonna switch out my games, but can anyone tell me why this happened?

It happens. Make sure to use the latest version which is 1.3. It doesn't fix your problem. You'll just have to deal with it

Crash on me while playing 1 2 Switch with the Mrs.
Not happened again so far. Also was on and still on 1.2
