What save manager should I use to backup and restore my saves on sysNAND (I am using SX OS on Switch Lite with SX Lite; I have SX Save Manager on CFW emuNAND but when I boot to CFW sysNAND I don't see it)?
Also do I need to backup my keys using Lockpick if I am using SX OS on Switch Lite with SX Lite (because I do not see the need to do that)? Also should I use incognito and 90dns if I won't ever go online on CFW emuNAND (I will only go online on OFW sysNAND)?

You should install SX save manager on sysNAND to use SXSM on sysNAND, but it's not really recommended.
Use other good save manager homebrews like JKSV or Checkpoint.

You need to dump prod.keys using lockpick.nro and keep it in safe place, they are important keys ;)
Incognito is not recommended because it can brick mariko, use 90DNS/Stealth mode instead.
