Homebrew Switch the hb. title to the current app = Freeze

Hi there!
Console new 3ds XL

Followed step by step 3ds hacks guide with ntrboot , when you try to use Rosalina, on the step
"Switch the hb. title to the current app"
, the app freezes and i have to force shut down

its not my first one, i have done it on several others , this is the only with this problem
i´ve tried formatting, updating... any ideas?

Does this n3DSXL has any games and saves installed?

If you did NOT check your empty SD card before with H2testw, you better stop here and go back to do so.

1. GodMode9 inject Checkpoint or JKSM *.cia into Health & Safety.
   • Injecting any .CIA app into Health & Safety
2. If the SD card has enough free space, dump all the titles into *.cia files.
   • Dumping a Title
3. Backup all the game saves + extdata. This is in case anything goes wrong with losing the title tickets.
   
4. Attempt repairing the 3DS firmware with CTRTransfer.
5. Try Rosalina menu HBL injection again.

If it still doesn't work,

5. Try CTRTransfer again but this time with Decrypt9WIP.
6. Try Rosalina menu HBL injection once more.​

You haven't yet solved the problem with your n3DSXL's Rosalina Menu not being able to inject Homebrew Launcher into a system title.

I just want you to understand you're backing up the game saves + extdata with a save manager and all the titles (games, DLCs, and updates) into *.cia files with GodMode9. This is for data safekeeping in the event your games go missing on HOME Menu after you try fixing the 3DS firmware with CTRTransfer.
