I can't figure out why, but after putting my switch to sleep while playing no more heroes 3, and waking it from sleep an hour later, the game runs at quarter of the usual framerate, load times increase, and all other unreal games stutter too (travis strikes again)

Can't seem to figure out why, no error logs, or fatal logs, not sure what to do.

Thanks!

Like all games are slow loading and stuttering?

If I were in your position, I would run hekate without autobooting and check if an error appears. That's one of the more permanent reasons why games load slow. Although, if you own a lite, it probably won't happen since Nintendo fixed the SD card reader's design.

I would try what the poster above said.
Plus try another game. It might just be No More Heroes 3 being super heavy for some reason. I would try with for example BOTW.

Are you sure no sysmodules are on? Double check!
If not, activate Status-Monitor-Overlay and see if it overheats
