Homebrew Switch says Network services are temporarily available, but error code is 2124-4517, how do i fix this?

What the title says, but when i go here: https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/43652/~/error-code:-2124-4517 it says that this is a ban but it does not say the message specified

did you go online with pirated software?
did you go online with homebrew installed?

then you're banned and that's the reason
