I'm having resurrected switch, unpatched.
Autorcm is disabled.
Trying to boot to official firmware gives black screen, no logo, nothing at all.
I can flawlessly boot to hekate, no issue there.
When I launch atmosphere, it shows atmosphere logo then crashes to black screen with error number.

Hardware problem?
Software problem?
How to know?
But, I'm more inclined to believe it's a hardware fault since it was damaged before.
I had to replace m92t36, usb port, pi3usb and reflowed max 77621 near the emmc.
The BQ seemed to have been reworked too but I didn't touch that one as it looked fine.
Help needed.

Im guessing you are currently on the latest 14.0 firmware for the switch. Wait until atmosphere's developers release their new atmosphere build and reinstall it and it should let you boot into your cfw. For now just play stock, hope this helped

Thanks for your reply.
But there is no way to launch stock! Black screen.
BTW, it is on a lower fw (8.1), I checked the fuse count: 10/64 burnt.

Had a similar issue some time ago and fixed it by booting once with mattyfrog's payload for bricked switches. Select normal boot like you would do on pre-nyx hekate and it should boot you into HOS.

EDIT: Looking into the error code it's actually documented as a boot sysmodule error so it could be a faulty nand. https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/issues/1177, i would still try to run first the payload i uploaded, if not you should look into restoring an older nand backup (if you have one) or into rebuilding your nand with an updated guide on how to do so.

There's another thread with the same issue you have. The last post has an user that solved it, i think you should try and contact @tezzosman and see if the issue is actually the same.

I finally fixed my issue by changing the MAX17050. All ok booting in OFW and CFW, battery info are back.
I found the IC to change in
Tronicsfixforum / t / hakate-not-detecting-battery / 3796
EDIT: Also remember that lakka takes a while on first load and will depend on your microsd speed you should wait more time if you are just powering off your switch in under 5 minutes or so.

Stupid me!
In fact, I resurrected 2 mobo.
One was not showing charge in hekate, so I decided to replace the BQ chip again, doing this by applying heat from the bottom to avoid burning the joycon connector.
Unfortunately the board pop corned and everything was gone. No sign from the pc, no more hekate, nothing at all...
So I was left with the second one where I'm now very careful!
In fact, I now have 3 boards with the same pop corning issue while replacing the BQ chip.
Stupid me!

I'm having the almost exact same issue with the only difference being that after the atmosphere logo my switch simply completely powers off. The same shut down with HOS or Lakka. The switch was not damaged before and Hekate works just fine. I also set up emuMMC, but still nothing.
Anything I could try or some way to get a boot log/error?
