Does anyone know hwere ican find a 60fps patch for Hyrule wwrriors DE and an uncut patch for Xenoblade 2 or at the very least an english patch for the Jp version?
Download the latest patch/update to your PC from one of the trusted websites and install it via DBI or TinWoo Installer? How do you usually install patches/updates?
Then you are out of luck as you cannot patch games on the Mig Switch. Either you have to hope that there is a retail cartridge dump of the game you want with the DLC/update pre-patched or go on without it.
You can just pirate it on emuMMC or if you're really religious, dump it from your sysMMC to install it on emuMMC.
The only way I know of requires you to have another console, preferably modded, that has the same game you'd like to update on the version you'd like to update to. You can match the game versions locally between two Switches, therefore updating the version on your Switch that uses MIG Switch flashcart without connecting to the Nintendo servers. However before you do that make sure that you have 90DNS set up as you'll need to turn on WiFi in order to initiate local connection with another Switch.
However, there might be a problem: If you're using incomplete dumps and staying offline all the time hoping to evade ban, you're probably just delaying the inevitable. Complete/Full dumps should be fine to update this way, but I'm not sure if the publicly available dumps are safe to use and therefore avoid getting banned. It should be fine to use shared dumps between a small group of people that you share your own dumps with.
Unless you have a modchip or some other way to boot into CFW, jig and dongle is still a viable method. If you have an Android phone with USB OTG support, you can use Rekado instead, but I'd say that having a small dongle i.e. dedicated device to push a payload is worth keeping around. I wish I had one myself. ^^Is this still the way it's done? Or can I sack off the Xecutor bits?
Cool, thanks. I wasn't sure if we'd moved on from the need of additional hardware, but I guess that's not the case!Unless you have a modchip or some other way to boot into CFW, jig and dongle is still a viable method. Hi all,
I'm looking for a homebrew that allows you to capture the Switch screen, even with a Tesla menu open, and then share that screen capture.
Thank you for your help
Regards.
Functionality-wise, as long as everything works and console isn't banned, you should be good to go.I plan on buying an oled switch that has been used then modding it with the mod chip. Is there anything to look out for when buying the switch besides if its banned or if the game reader works?
If you're playing pirated content on the official servers, yes. If you're playing a legit digital copy with all DLCs, no. You'll need a digital version of the game from their eShop if that's the case.would I get banned for playing for example ssbu with dlcs online without having the gamecard?
Calm down, it's not the end of the world if you update your Switch. Since you've already connected to the Nintendo servers in order to download firmware update and burned the fuses, there's no point in restoring an older NAND backup in case you wanted to do that. Restoring a previously made clean NAND backup is only safe if you don't connect to the Nintendo servers after you make the NAND backup. Otherwise, you'll cause log mismatch between your console and the Nintendo servers, which will get your console banned (eventually, at the very best).Hi everyone,
I'm extremely annoyed.
I always have my switch in flight mode. Like, always. It was on 1.7.1 (sys firmware 18.0) and everything was EXCELLENT. I temporarily enabled WiFi because I was testing some 60fps patches with FPSLocker and it was all good. Everything was good. Had the 60fps patch working and everything.
And then I opened a game and it came up with a software update notification. So stupid me, I said "yeah go ahead, update the game".
NO NO NO NO NO
It was a system software update (19.0.1) not a game software update. FUCK.
The switch rebooted and now NOTHING WORKS. I copied over the new Hekate 6.2.2 and atmosphere 1.8.0-pre or whatever, I copied over sys-patch 1.5.4. I can get into Hekate, I select CFW and I get a lovely BLACK SCREEN. FUCK. FUCK. FUCK.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as, right now, I hate my life and want to smash something.
EDIT: also lost the ability to downgrade. BIG SAD. I was updated to 18.0 with Daybreak and had all my fuses intact, now they are all dead. SO very sad.
Did you try with the sys-patch 1.5.4? For sigpatches to work, you need to load Atmosphere's package3 via Hekate's FSS0 or use modified fusee.bin with kip patches support restored.Running OFW 19.0.0 and AMS 1.8.0, latest beta sigpatches and latest fusee.
Ah I understand now thank you for the clarification!Functionality-wise, as long as everything works and console isn't banned, you should be good to go.

There's even a Switch LAN play, but I haven't tried it yet. Read up on that and see if that's something you're looking for.
In any case, connecting to the Nintendo servers while having a pirated content installed on your Switch will result in a ban as soon as telemetry gets sent.
I'd stick to playing legit games online on a clean sysNAND while playing pirated content on the emuNAND with DNS MITM or 90DNS in place. You can still play multiplayer locally with other Switches even if you're blocking Nintendo servers. Or you can check Switch LAN play and see what that is about.

I'm on firmware 19.0.1, Atmosphere 1.8.0-pre, Hekate 6.2.2, sys-patch 1.5.4 while the game itself is on the latest 1.0.3 patch.Hey guys, which combo (Sys version and AMS, Sigs, etc is needed) should I run to play Slay the Princess? Is there somewhere I can check the specs for each game?
