Actually you need to provide the first 6 digits after the XAW7, the first three digit ain't enough to help.

XAW7000 is definitely unpatched. Read the FAQ.

I thought you refered that the very undefined serial XAJ7005XXXXX was the specific serial of an unpatched console, not the upper bound XAJ700500000.
