Definitivelly, the console was patched. But now I wan to buy the switch with the serial XAJ70040339XXXX, but in the instructions it is written that:
Serials beginning with XAJ7:
XAJ7004000X and below are safe to buy
XAJ7004100X and above not safe to buy, possibly patched
XAJ7005000X and above definitely patched
So can I conclude that this console is safe to buy? thank you !
Let me express with a gif what I think about the Switch:
It is really hard on the limit. I won't put my hand into the fire and say it's 100% because the border just says we haven't yet found a Switch that was patched.
Buy it if you can't find an other one, but if you can find one that is at least XAJ0039.

Testing now but ive ran in some problems.
First time I ran the payload via the cmd, I got the dreaded 0x0000 thing out meaning its patched. But I didnt run the cmd as admin, could that be the issue? Now that I'm trying to run it as admin it's bugged. Tegrarcmgui is stuck on injecting payload

Fusee Gelee is not guaranteed to work on that system. The firmware is most likely 4.1.0 only if the system is brand new. FW 4.1.0 is vulnerable to deja vu. Good luck hunting down a Switch.

The last switch I was able to find in the 100km range from my home is a XAJ70043XXX. Should I risk it? There are several OK ones but all are from Malasyia :/
