Apparently yes. This has been discussed before here, so looks like the prices are really increasing. At first i doubted this was true, but now, it seems real.

$1AUD is roughly the same as $1CAD. Here Switch games are sold at a RPP of $90AUD, so you're only going to have to be paying slightly more than us here. It's unfortunate, but not outrageous. In New Zealand, where their dollar is worth roughly as much (a tiny bit less) as the Canadian or Australian, they pay $110NZD for BotW, for example.

A) come to America and get your games for cheap but have Trump as your president
OR
B) stay in Canada and become broke buying switch games.
Your choice!

I've heard of Canadians doing that with Costco before. Go buy your milk for cheap in the U.S. at Costco for around a dollar or two instead of paying ten dollars back home.
