You have to download it seperatly and put it on the sd card. Then use Daybreak and point it to the folder you have put the firmware in. Hope it works out for you!

Download the firmware update to your computer (from Darthsternie)

Copy to your SD card In a specified folder.

Select that specified folder with Daybreak.

daybreak.nro should be in your "switch" folder on your SD card. For some reason, it's misnamed on the screenshot you provided. Remove the ._ so the folder is just named "switch". daybreak.nro should be inside. Just launch it and install your firmware.
