Switch crashing/freezing randomly [android and ubuntu too :P]

Hello, basically the switch crashes shortly after playing a game, this also happens in Ubuntu and Android, the screen freezes and a kernel panic attack message appears and in the case of atmosphere "Panic occurred while running atmosphere "Sometimes in atmosphere it simply crashes, showing errors regarding the sd as I have seen in google, I have tried to install atmosphere clean and update the console but sooner or later the same error happens I leave some photos below. sorry for the quality

Soo that means I need to replace the sd reader isn't it? It doesn't run in 1 bit mode tho
