Hi everyone, recently my Switch started running its fan very loudly, even when It has just been switched on. I fear that the cause would be that a lot of dust has accumulated inside the console, and that this could damage it. Does anyone have the same problem? Do you think my supposition is right, and that I shoud worry about it? Anyway, I'm afraid I don't feel confident at all about tearing apart my console... What am I supposed to do? Thank you very much for your answers.

It is 6 screws or so to get back plate of and then a few more to take the shield of. I replaced my thermal paste a few months ago and realisticly it didn't do anything. I replaced mine with noctuas n1 or something I've used it in my last 2 gaming builds but didn't really improve over stock. V1 is just really a unoptimised chip for heat. Fixed all these issues in v2.

I had the same problem with my Switch, i ended up replacing the fan and now it's as quiet as the day i bought it.

Really simple process.

My ver1 Switch was also getting hot and loud fan noises so I just open up the back cover did some cleaning with a brush and use a powerful electric blower to get rid of the dust in the system and it now runs much quieter and cooler. If u are afraid of damaging the internal components like me just do what I did.

Well, if you think it's easy enough, I could take in consideration the possibility to try by myself... Could you then suggest me a good noob proof guide and/or video that show clearly the process? Thank you

It's a hard situation. You didn't act in the best way and it weighs on you. I don't know, maybe you need time to forgive yourself, and some action from her that you don't ask that reassures her love and commitment

Ask any woman how she would feel if she never saw you again and stare at her to see how honest her facial expressions are about it women say shit just to make the guy look guilty

What you can do about it, Psionic, is maybe sit with her and calmly share how each action of hers made you feel, and ask her if there's anything she's missing from you or that's bothering her.

if you gave a woman your all and she wants to flirt with ex's that's on her and probably best to move on if she's just saying things to make you feel better

Being so resolute will probably reduce the chances of finding a happy relationship. We must give people space to grow, feel, doubt, question, and we must stand by them, reassure them, love them. And they should do the same to us.

Although honestly, I doubt that was possible. I would rather have had my leg ripped off by a meat grinder than that.

Maybe going for walks or a drive alone helps, as well as writing it down. Think about each action that you did and what led you to them. Recognise that how you felt is valid. Rationalize how you could act correctly next time. Then rationalize what you expect from your fiancee, and accept that she's still learning how you are, what hurts you and what makes you happy. Talk with her, be honest. And a relationship requires both people to make an effort; you should be flexible and understanding with her, but verify if the relationship is making you happy and improving your life

You should never blame yourself for the actions of others, or for your own feelings. You let those feelings flow and reach their own conclusion.

Such great advice, I did start a journal and I walk miles every day, and the communication we are doing pretty good so far.
