Dunno if this has been discussed before, but is it possible to have some sort of flash player for the Wii? It'd be fun to play a few of your favourite flash games on your Wii...

...

unless Opera's flash player is up to date. ..

But then again, youll need to connect to the internet, access the website, yadda yadda...

So one step less for the Internet channel.

I'd love a flash emulator.

Anyway check this thread: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=189804

If you get that app you can have flash games FULL screen, and a diff pic in HBC for each, OR you can sort of cheat and make a channel that directly launches a flash game.

I myself have apache installed on my pc and my own flash arcade that gives me a menu and some other features (high scores, favourites etc), all games play full screen so my steps are...

> startup Wii, start My Arcade (a channel), select game, play
you could also cut that down to
> startup Wii, start game (a channel), play (same as VC or Wiiware)

id just think that flash emulation would be faster instead of waiting for the game and page to load everytime you play. this matters to me, since my wii is pretty far from my router. plus, if youre capped and you feel like killing time on flash games, it could also be an option.

btw, whats apache
