Hacking swapping files in wii isos

Is there any program available that would allow me to extract and replace multiple files from a wii iso at once?
Even just extracting the whole disc and rebuilding it after modifications would be better than going through one at a time with wiiscrubber.

extract the partition with wii scrubber 1.4

edit the files you want

rebuilt the partition with partition builder

insert the partition back into the iso using wii scrubber 1.4
