I injected multiple roms into Sins and Punishment and they install fine. When I try to run it it comes up with "This game requires a classic controller" then sits there and eventually the Wiimote stops accepting input and I have to turn off the console.

Should it do this if the game is incompatible?

@mb01: The extension has no effect on the injection really.

@whizz: The Rom does not have to be the same size, it can be smaller but not larger. If it is too large the program will say so and exit.

@mooshywooshy: What's bsod??

Just tried again with Mario Kart 64 as the base rom. Injected Diddy Kong Racing into it and it went through the injection fine,says all done at the end. It also has that same error that wadpacker gives though:

00000000.app==trailer

then when i type 'wadpacker' in the command prompt it says it again:

00000000.app==trailer

In my experience when an N64 game is incompatible it hangs at the classic controller screen. Perfect dark, golden eye, banjo kazooie all fail at this point.

I just replaced the wadpacker.exe with the wadpacker from the wadpacker-VERSION_0.00007 and it stopped giving that error.
I guess the rom I was using was bad, now CT works (although saving doesnt >0

Download the slightly user friendly version.

Usage:
-injectuwad
-Press 1 for SNES mode or 2 for N64 mode.
-Wadtool will open
-Click the decrypt button
-Browse to the input wad file (make sure its the same wad as )
-Wait for the program to finish its magic
-Close wadtool
-When it asks "Inject to this entry?" press y (or n if you want to search for a different entry point)
-You should see a bunch of text ending with "All done!"
-You will now have a title.wad ready to be installed to your wii.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have any sub folders in the install directory that begin with 0001000, or any files that end in .des, delete them!!!!!!!

Host wad: Mario 64 USA

Tried injecting Wetrix, used the non-friendly version, got ticket error with Wad Installer 2.1

Tried the same with the friendly version, same problem.

It's -4100, what Wad Installer Reports.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Sorry most of the injections are failing though. Right now things seem to be a bit trial and error.

what are you doing to locate the offset for the rom contained in the 00000005.app
or are you still using hard values set for sin64 and dkc2?
