Suspicious Title IDs in the NAND of the Wii

While browsing the Nands of my Wii, I came across the following titles. What do they mean and can I delete them safely?

• title/00010001/57494958
  wiibrew.org/wiki/Crazy_Intro references this as Crazy Intro. I never installed PreLoader. Is it also used by PriiLoader?
• title/00010001/af1bf516
  wiki.wiidatabase.de/wiki/Homebrewkanal#cite_note-1 references this as HBC version 1.0.7 1.0.8. I moved to OHBC.
• title/00000001/00000000
  wiibrew.org/wiki/Talk:Title_database references this as an artefact of Waninkoko's FS Dumper. I once dumped the NAND.
