Hardware Surface Go for Business warranty question

I found an unused business Surface Go on an auction site which is under warranty, but I was wondering if because it's a business model and I'm not a business, would that cause any issues if it has a fault and I have to send it in? I'm aware Microsoft doesn't let retailers sell business models directly to consumers.

I would contact Microsoft and ask, preferably in a way that it's recorded e.g. email, that way you're covered if something happens.

Don't risk it. Knowing Microsoft, you are 99.99999% not eligible for warranty.
