Supercard slot-2 client v2.62 and firmware 1.83

I have a 60x and it freeses when in quick match and wifi. Does it freeze anywhere else? Also i am going to try to make the rom position on Supercard instead of to see if that it better

Worms is interesting. Quick Match freezes the game, Custom Match works fine. (Although I think it's lagging a bit... not sure.)

The problem lies in your sd card, quick match works well here.

I recommend these settings for people having trouble with WOW2...

enable restart=off (for max speed)
trim=off (just to be safe for wifi/download n play)
fastergameplay=on (your crazy if you turn this off)
dma=off (maybe worth trying it on if you have no luck)
patch cartridge access=on setting=high (low makes quickstart crash)

everything else=off


and yes, it could be a good idea to format your mem card

I've never really updated since backing up my card is always a long process, but if this makes WOW:2 work, then I thank the SC team.

You need a fast SD to have it run everything. I use a 60x and it only runs custom match.

Didn't help.
I tried with another microSD, and it worked like a charm, no hanging.
Fast memory is the key here.

Well, this firmware doesn't seem to fix Ratatouille (both the (U) and (SP) versions) either. I tried the (U) version and it freezes when it should load the save game and the (SP) version freezes after selecting between Spanish or Portuguese

DLDI autopatching on the slot-2 cards wouldn't make any sense, since half of them work fine with SCSD.dldi and the other half require SCSD_moon.dldi. There's a third group that doesn't work with either and must use a specially modified one available only at GBAdev as far as I know.

Anyone know if the added Cheats and the Updated game list will work on the SCDS1 if i just drop em in there? Dont know how long it will take for them to put out and official update for the SCDS1 that would include those 2 ever important items.

as far as emulation goes, i have to agree that i actually don't give a fuck.
too many great emus out that, so i can easily forget about built-in emulation.

Works like a charm now. Huge loading time when it boots the ROM, obviously, but a nice solution till the SuperCard Team fixes it

I have a SCSD running firmware 1.82 and for some weird reason it doesn't see the 1.83 firmware .bin file. Do I need to rename the file or something before I copy it to the SD card?

... so what is a high speed sd card? i though my Kingston Elite 50x is high speed. it's fresh formated and only wow2 is on the card.
The game freezes anyway (except custom match)
