Not necessarily all that late. The Chinese version has been out for weeks, yes, but the English site wasn't updated until just recently.

Thank god, I've been pissed about the lack of Simple DS Series Vol. 35 The Genshijin support.

Seriously, great to see SC still support their old products. I still have a SC SD even though it's not what I use. Still have one of natrium's passme's too. Little bit of DS history right here.

I agree. I don't really care about that game, but it's still great to see that the only card I own is still being supported [IMG] With these updates going I don't see why I'd change my card.

Couldn't find any last time I checked. You can always go to scdev.org and ask there.

One of the big critisisms of SC was GBA. It took forever to load games.

I don't think it's the loading times as much as it is the slowdowns some games experience due to the Supercard having slow RAM. More info at http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/SupercardGBASlowdowns

I think the Supercard Lite has slightly faster RAM, or it has faster load times or something. I wouldn't know, as I've just got a Supercard miniSD.

i just started trying out a few GBA games the other day after reading about some old gems http://www.racketboy.com/retro/2007/05/bes...-gba-games.html

the supercard lite does seem to have problems with slowdown on quite a few games, some even need pre patching with a 3rd party tool (sometimes saves don't work) before running the roms through the regular SC patcher.

Still overall it's fine, given i bought it for playing NDS roms, playing GBA roms less than perfectly is a still bonus - i have been thinking about getting a slot1 supercard + slot2 EZFlash but i'm not it's worth it just yet as aside from the odd homebrew and that recent gundam NDS rom the supercard lite still does everything i want a slot1 card to do.

Supercard CF is the only cart I've owned or used.
