Homebrew SuperCard Dstwo cheats

Hello guys do I finally got my Supercard Dstwo (and thank you very much to the ones who helped me order it on my previous post) but today I got Pokemon heart gold on it but when I tried to look for cheats it was empty I thought it would be like the R4i that had some cheats preinstalled I know they got a free cheat system but I want to use Action Replay codes now I read hear that I need a file called usrcheat.dat but where do I get it and will it install the cheats also I use a program called Pokesav to make my own custom cheats and they always turn up as long codes so it's gonna be a pain to have to manually input them so will I be able to edit them on my computer? Thanks

OK i downloaded them now what do i put them on the SD root?
