Which one do you recommend me to buy?

    Supercard DSone V3.0 SDHC + 2GB = 39€ (realtime save)
    Supercard DSone V3.0 SDHC + 4GB = 44€ (realtime save)
    Supercard DSone V3.0 SDHC + 8GB = 57€ (realtime save)
    EZ Flash Vi +2GB =39euro

    Is this expensive or not?

The EZ Flash Vi will soon have realtime save, at the moment it is still in beta.
I used many flashcarts and I must tell you the EZ Flash Vi is a great product.
Sadly I cannot say anything about the supercard as I never tried it.

If you want to order an EZ Flash Vi go ahead, you should not regret it.

The prices you posted are pretty expensive.
The cheapest way to get it is dealextreme, but the shipping is pretty slow, but then again the shipping is free.
    EZ Flash Vi - 13.0044 EUR http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.19158
    Micro SDHC 8GB class 4 - 13.4233 EUR http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.19040
    Supercard DSone - 18.5578 EUR http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.5097
