The SuperCard team have released a new OS update for the SuperCard DS(ONE). This version, v1229, doesn't really offer any major updates to the card. That means no specific compatibility updates, but they've added automatic SD speed detection. Here's the official changes list:

# 1.Added Built-in SuperKey function can work as a SuperKey to boot slot 2 SuperCard. At menu: Other->SuperKey.

# 2.Added "AUTO set SD speed" function, can auto set at optimization speed, press "A" to save the setting. At menu: Other->AUTO set SD speed

i am a bit confused... seems to be the old new OS

Yes, this seems to be the one that was posted as the v1.1 firmware, I think... So long ago that it was last year

Guess they're just making it "official" now.

When it was released on the 29th, this was not there, now it is

SuperCard DS(ONE) Operation System: SuperCard DS(ONE) OS 1229 (2006.12.29)
Usage: Delete old "shell" folder and "MSFORSC.NDS" file, download the new 1229 firmware, unzip it and copy to "SCSHELL" folder and MSFORSC.NDS to the root of TFlash/MicroSD.
NOTE: SuperCard DS(ONE) has a micro firmware, user should download the SC DS(ONE) OS to the ROOT of the flash memory card before use it.

+1 Yeah indeed, it's the same version, CRC for both archives match. I hope they update moonshell on next release because the one that is embeded with the SC loader is known to have problems (Moonshell 1.41 for the info), hence the annoying message every now & then when you boot up.
