hey ,

i have the paper mario ntsc image to back up , and i already ran it through brick blocker and also region frii to change it to pal . but my question is after i had changed the region code to PAL , when i look at the details of the iso image in BB , it still shows it as NTSC , sooo has it changed the image to pal properly? , or does it change the code but not show it on information screen in BB?.

my wii is PAL and i have wiikey official installed by myself and firmware 3.0E

So what is your problem? Seriously.
Burn the ISO and run the update if you are asked (of course nothing will be changed becuase you've brickblocked it) and then play.

i suppose im just been over protective about my wii , just want to make double sure , sounds a little critical but im not in any position to replace it if i do brick it

If your really that concerned just wait, its not an age until its release and If you have waited this long then your nearly there.
you might be the only one not kicking himself when nintendo release the update that looks for people playing games from other regions etc...
who knows
