Hacking Super Smash Bros Brothers Brawl US texture hacks In iso?

Well since I have texture hacks on my sd card and if freezes a lot. I wanted to ask if I can replace the texture and music files in Brawl by my textures. is that possible?

Short, is it possible to replace texture and music files in a brawl iso and after adding it that it will work on my wii?

It's possible but its incredibly hard.. i won't recommend it.

WiiScrubber would be a good idea, if you only want to replace a few files.

If you want to replace more, edit the ID, etc. and are familiar with the command line, I would recommend Wiimms ISO Tools, great Tool, which can do all you need with Wii-Games.

meh you know its kinda hard to understand. But I gonna use Wiiscrubber since its a bit more easy for use.

Still it will take much time since I gonna replace a lot of files.

i would recommend,
that if your getting freezing from sd , it will only be worse from disk.

i would 1st sort out the freezing.... brawlbox , or even brawlscape to mod your own pictures and test from sd till your sure the freezing is gone.

dump your SSBB disk to pc with my favorite application lately QtWitGui .

i would dump the game to fst sneek files swap out the textures and rebuild back to iso and burn when your done testing it from SD.

was a great fun project , i sure enjoyed messing with SSBB .

are both real pain staking i hated replacing 1 texture at a time..
wimms isnt for evryone , but QtWitGui sure makes wimms easier for us.

yo markehmus, I load of a usb loader! Mwoah!
usbloader wil already have the game in wbfs format , so use that to make the file folder format on your pc, no need for iso

easy way to make the textures is brawlbox , i get little freezing with that app

the is a way to dump the disk to file structure with qtwitgui,example:

select the sneek checkbox to get file folders of the game for ease.
this picture is of an older version so the actual screen will look a little different.

then when its dumped you just swap the files by drag and drop...


..when your done swapping qtwigui can make the folder of ssbb into an iso again for usbloaders or disk burning ... the best thing about this app is its an easy way to manipulate game files and swap them to any format for easy use of your favorite loader.

everthing is fairly simple, with a hole lot more features then wiiscrubber...
you can pretty much do everything by drag and drop of folders or games ... and riteclick copy/convert.
or if just a single game is open the file menu at the top has a save as selection to save the game to whatever format.
