Hacking Super SMash Bros Brawl Opening Movie Hack Not Working

I'm pretty sure I have everything right. I go to play the game and the original movie plays, not the hack I put in. I have it named as OPMovie.thp as a THP file, in the movie folder. It is at 89 seconds(1 minute and 29 Seconds) long and I used this to change it:
